Those ovals can't come soon enough for Danica Patrick. In the first five street and road events of the year, Patrick finished 15th, seventh, 19th, 16th and 20th at the Glen. She was second at Texas Motor Speedway and 11th, sixth and 10th in the other oval races.
And things went poorly at the Glen right from the start, with Patrick failing to advance out of the first qualifying group and ultimately settling for a 21st-place starting position.
